Acceptance of terms of sale
1. The contract between CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A.. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the customert. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and to accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
2. If the customer is a consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the online purchase procedure is complete, the customer will print or save an electronic copy and keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the requirements of Art. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. It excludes any right of the Customer in damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, of an order.
How to buy
4. The customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalogue of "compressionzone" at the time the order is viewable online at (URL) http://www.compressionzone.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product can not be fully representative of its features but differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture. All purchase’s support information (Glossary, How to Buy, etc ...) are intended as mere material for general information, not due to the real characteristics of a single product.
5. The correct order is confirmed by receiving from CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. an answer by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of the order execution and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with "compressionzone. The message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the fairess and communicate any revisions, as described in this document.
6. In the case of non-acceptance, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. ensure timely notification to the Customer.
Payment terms
7. Credit card
In case of purchasing goods with credit card payment, together with the completion of the online transaction, the bank will provide reference to authorize only the amount of your purchase.
7.1 In case of delate of the purchase by the Customer, or rejection of the same by CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A., CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. will quickly require the cancellation of the transaction and will release the amount involved. The timing of release for certain types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can be up to their natural expiry date (24 days from the date of authorization). After the transaction’s dalate, in no case CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. can be responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
7.2 CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card to avoid the expiry date of the transaction that takes place on the 23rd day.
7.3 CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. reserves the right to apply for further information to the Customer (ex. landline phone number) or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the Credit card used. Without the required documentats, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. reserves the right not to accept the order.
7.4 In no time, during the purchase process, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. is able to know information about the buyer's credit card, sent by secure connection directly to the bank handling the transaction. No record of CIZETA MEDICAIL SPA retain such data. In no case CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. can be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for purchases on "compressionzone".
Terms and delivery costs
8. For every order placed on "compressionzone" CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. issue a receipt of the purchased material, sending it by e-mail at the purchase holder under Article 14 of Presidential Decree DL 445/2000 and 52/2004. For the issuance of the receipt, we consider the informations supplied by the customer when ordering. No change in the receipt will be possible after the issuance thereof.
9. Delivery costs are for "compressionzone", except for further costs of Transportation specifically pointed out at the purchasing time of order. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is due from the Customer more than the total order.
10. No responsibility can be attributed to CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
11. The delivery of the ordered means at street level.
At the moment of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered is as specified in the sales document in advance by e-mail – that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials ( Scothc tape or metal strapping ).
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, subject to control by putting WRITTEN (specify why RESERVE, ex. "Packaging broken", "packaging crushed" , etc..) on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the courier’s documents, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods.
Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be reported within 7 days from delivery, as provided herein.
12. In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to delivery to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A..
Right of return
13. Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ex.a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, except as described in paragraphs 14 and 16.
14. To exercise this right, the customer must send "compressionzone" a notice to that effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to

or by telegram or fax sent within that period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation letter with return receipt MUST be sent within 48 hours. Once such notice of withdrawal has come down, the Customer Service "compressionzone" will quickly communicate with instructions on how to return, by assigning a unique code for the return of the goods, which should be sent to CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A.. within 10 days from the authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, with all its parts and in original packaging (bags and packaging), preserved and possibly used in the normal care, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the terms of the following 15 and 16.
15. The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise only on the withdrawal of the product (eg accessories, attachments, etc. ...);
- The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories, etc. ...);
- By law, the shipping costs for returning the property to be paid by the customer also will not be reimbursed for delivery to the customer and any other associated costs indicated at the time of order placement;
- The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
- If the goods are damaged during transport, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if ensured), in this case the product will be available for the customer for the return and canceling the request for withdrawal;
- CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. do not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. will deduct from the refund due, a percentage, but no more than 10% of it, as contribution of the restoration’s cost.
16. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. will reimburse the customer the full amount paid within 14 days of return of goods, by repayment by bank transfer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide for the bank on which to obtain a refund (IBAN code owner's first receipt).
17. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or content), where CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. finds:
- The non-diligent use of the good that he has compromised the integrity or use of any supplies;
- The absence of the outer packaging and / or internal packaging;
- The lack of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, ...);
- Damages to the goods for reasons other than transportation.
In the case of deprivation of the right of withdrawal, the goods remain at CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A.’s headquarters , available to the Customer for collectioning at its expenses.
Warranties
18. All products sold by "compressionzone" are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. To use the warranty, the customer will have to keep the receipt (or DDT) received by e-mail in PDF format.
19. The warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is for the private consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession). In case of lack of conformity, CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. shall provide (at no cost for the customer) to the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction in price, until the termination of the contract.
20. The replacements in case of non-conforming product delivery takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer.
21. Where, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. can proceed at their own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the property or its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
22. The repairing or replacement time of the product depends solely on the policies of the producer and any damage can be obtained from CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. for any delays in repairs or replacements.
23. In cases where the application of the guarantees provide for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documents, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box, it should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or scotch tape directly on the original product packaging.
To The customer will be given an authorization number to return of the product and must follow the suggestions received in the e-mail.
Privacy
24. The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed to meet the expressed requirements of Customer and will not under any circumstances or for any reason be passed on to third parties. CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code set out in Decree 196 of 30.06.03.

Complaints
25. Any complaint must be addressed to CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A., Via IV Novembre 46, Cuggiono (MI).
Legge applicabile
26. The sales contract between the customer and CIZETA MEDICALI S.P.A. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference Forum of his town of residence in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only Forum in Milan.
